Stanley Alexander | Assistant District Attorney

Stanley (Stan) Alexander is an Assistant District Attorney serving primarily in Leflore County. He graduated from Mississippi College with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Political Science with a minor in Criminal Justice. While at Mississippi College he lettered in Varsity Football. Stan went on to graduate from the University of Mississippi School of Law. He has been admitted to practice in all State and Federal courts within the State of Mississippi. He is a member of Omega Psi Phi, Incorporated, the Mississippi Bar Association and the Mississippi Prosecutors Association. Stan serves as a board member of the Board of Directors for the Mississippi Prosecutors Association and as the Secretary for the Prosecutors Section of the Mississippi Bar.

Stan has been blessed and honored to serve as a prosecutor for over two decades seeking justice for the victims of crimes. During his career he has served as a Special Assistant Attorney General, Assistant Attorney General and Director of the Division of Public Integrity for the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Mississippi.  He has also served as an Assistant District Attorney for the 7^th and 6^th Judicial Districts of the Mississippi.
