Greenville, MS – In Greenville, Jeremiah Moore has pled guilty for breaking into multiple Greenville Homes and he has been sentenced to serve time in the Mississippi Department of Corrections, District Attorney Dewayne Richardson announced today.
Jeremiah Moore was scheduled to go to trial before Judge Ashley Hines for the May 2015 breaking and entering of a home on Ashburn Street. Instead of proceeding to trial he pled guilty and admitted his guilt in this case as well as a couple others. Moore pled guilty was sentenced to serve the first 13 years of his sentence in prison and then be on probation for 5 years.
Richardson added that, “the District Attorney’s office hopes that this conviction makes home owners in Greenville, MS feel a little bit safer. We also want to thank our law enforcement professionals for their tireless in serving and protecting our communities.”
