During the course of the investigation, Jesston Pam was also charged with breaking into another home on Arnold Ave earlier in August 2014. In the Havana Street robbery, Pam broke into the residence of an elderly victim and demanded money while using a handgun.
Pam was indicted earlier this year and charged with Armed Robbery and Two Counts of Burglary of a Dwelling. Jesston Pam pled guilty earlier this week to all of the charges that he was facing. Judge White-Richard sentenced him to the State’s recommendation and ordered that Pam serve 17 years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections for the Armed Robbery and Burglary convictions. The first 12 of those years will be served in prison without any early release. After his release Jesston Pam will be on probation for 5 years.
